Christmas Market in Belgium

Today we decided to go to Brussells, Belgium for their Christmas market. It's December 20th and was 51 degrees there! Needless to say it was a great day to walk around. We ate real Belgian waffles, drank hot chocolate and even ate Escargot which Cami loved. We rode the Big Wheel, a huge ferris wheel and got to see then entire city from the top! John of course wouldn't go near the thing!
It was a great day!

The first snow of the winter

It snowed here early this year. The girls woke up sooo excited! I was still in bed and John got up early with them and got them all bundled up to play outside. I was woken up by excited squeals, what a great way to start my day!

October 21st, 2008

Today we woke up late! John didn't set the alarm. We were woken up by the doorbell at 7:10 am.
Thank you to my friend Amanda! Needless to say we stared out day out wonderfully. Somehow I managed to get Cami out the door in 4 minutes and we caught the school bus!

Reagan had ballet today, her demonstration is next Thursday afternoon. After ballet we went to playgroup and then to lunch with some friends.

John is working 2-11 this week which we hate! The girls keep saying they miss Daddy. He did call them twice and said goodnight to them though. His new schedule screws up my week though! I read a 617 page book so I could go to book club this week and now cannot go because John won't be here for the girls.

Tomorrow is a running day. I'm training for a half marathon. It's in Paris in March! I can't wait!

First Blog

So we are starting our first Blog. I don't quite understand how it works yet, but I'll figure it out. This is a way family and friends can see updated pics and read about what we do. Enjoy!
